How fast is dispatch in Quito?
Orders paid before 15:00 ship the same day. Delivery in Quito takes 1–2 business days.
Do you ship nationwide in Ecuador?
Yes. We arrange safe transport to Guayaquil, Cuenca, Ambato and across the country, with zone-based fees and free shipping over $150.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, deposit and cash on delivery in Quito. Cards coming soon.
Is there a warranty on equipment?
All active equipment carries brand warranty. Consumables are checked at dispatch.
